PHASE ONE | PROCURE
Finding the best IT option for your business today is a difficult tasks. New technologies are emerging constantly and deciphering what works can be an impossible task. Techware takes the time to configure the best of breed in a computer environment over the entire computer lifecycle and we recommend base on your requirement not on vendor. (BTW - have you heard about the free server offer...?)

PHASE TWO | DEPLOYMENT
The deployment phase is the process where we implement your new hardware and software. This is where we migrate your old system to the new system, transfer all your data and convert your existing system. We work very hard in the process to ensure that your transition is as smooth as possible. It is a flat fee base install so you never have to worry about an unexpected bill.

PHASE THREE | MANAGE
The manage phase is where Techware applies the tools and resource to constantly keep your system running smoothly. This is a constant checking of your hardware and software to ensure things like backup, antivirus, server temperature, email, database, firewall and many others are working; if they are not working, we get an alert immediately.

PHASE FOUR | SUPPORT
The support phase is providing desktop assistance to your staff, fixing printing issues and fixing issues that have been alerted to us via our management system or via a call from your employees.
PHASE FIVE | IMPROVEMENT
